How much is this service?
Sample Service is ¥5000. Full Product cost their full retail prices + a fulfillment fee (shipping included).
How many samples do I get?
We offer up to 6 foundation and/or concealer samples per order.
How do I order once I've chosen a product?
Fill out the "I Know What I Want" form and we'll send you an invoice.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by bank transfer and credit card exclusively through PayPal. PayPal account required for bank transfer.
What if I don't have PayPal?
Creating a Paypal Account is secure, quick, and easy! You can use it to shop at many other places on the internet. Creating an account is worth it!
Will this service be available in other Asian countries?
Can I see a list of the products you have?
We only show you the products based on your unique matches and inventory, to simplify the makeup shopping process.
How do I know the samples will match me?
We input your past makeup brands and shades into a special technology that compares thousands of makeup product shades and we trust that the results are accurate from our own experience. We send you up to 6 samples to choose from to increase the chances of finding a match.
For added assurance, we offer a color adjuster palette you can use to customize any of the sample shades that, all but, guarantees that you will find your winning shade.
